The Technical Product Specialist is where Rentana's product meets the real world. You'll make sure our customers get the most out of a platform that's moving fast, resolving integration issues and technical questions with speed and precision while keeping Customer Success and Engineering focused on what they do best.
This role sits at the center of the organization. You'll work daily across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, spotting patterns before anyone else does and bringing signals back from the field that shapes the roadmap. The insights that come through this role have a direct line to how the product evolves.
