Product Designer

We are a fast-growing startup specializing in revenue management software for the multifamily housing industry. Our AI-powered platform leverages data analytics and machine learning to optimize rental pricing, improve occupancy rates, and create revenue opportunities for property owners and managers. As we scale our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Designer to help lead our product development and contribute to our company’s success. Rentana’s founding team has built four multi-billion dollar software companies and two proptech companies sold to Appfolio (Dynasty) and Airbnb (Urbandoor).

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for shaping the design of Rentana’s platform, creating intuitive and impactful user experiences. If you enjoy working on complex, data-intensive applications and thrive in fast-paced, startup environments, we’d love to connect with you.

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final handoff, for new features on the Rentana platform.
• Collaborate with founders, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs align with business goals and user needs.
• Create and refine user interfaces, particularly for data-heavy features, ensuring clarity and usability.
• Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Utilize user research and data analytics to inform design decisions, focusing on usability and improving customer workflows.
• Design engaging and effective data visualizations that allow users to extract insights from complex data sets.
• Continuously iterate and improve the user experience based on feedback, data, and emerging trends.

• Experience designing for enterprise SaaS products.
• Familiarity with data visualization and designing for data-rich environments.
• A background in creating designs for AI-driven tools or applications.
• Familiarity with multifamily real estate or proptech.
