Role Overview

The Customer Success Lead will lead our customer success team, ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes through Rentana’s products and services. This role is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Onboard small, medium, and large size multifamily owners, operators, and property managers.
  • Project manage implementation, onboarding, and long term support sessions.
  • Travel onsite to customers for training and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and support library.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Advocate for customers’ needs within the organization, ensuring their voices are heard and addressed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Drive adoption and usage of Rentana’s products through proactive engagement and support.
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Oversee customer success metrics and report on performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in B2B Proptech SaaS.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling customer success teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Real estate, proptech, and or revenue management experience
